LEED© Silver Certified Tarrant County Southeast Sub-Courthouse in Arlington

At Steele & Freeman we have deep green building roots. We have three LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff, led by our President, Michael Freeman. One of our LEED AP's has been involved in green building for nearly three decades. We are able to provide our clients with green building services.  We also speak on green building issues and are available to speak to groups, including providing Continuing Education Units (CEU's). We're a member of the North Texas branch of the US Green Building Council.

We provide our clients with 21st century high performance buildings that utilize sustainable (green) technology, means, and methods. We provide estimates and constructability reviews as part of a team of owner, architect, and Construction Manager; then our client can choose whether or not to go LEED or to simply incorporate sustainable strategies. Many of our clients decide to go green in order to lower utility bills and water usage.
