Preconstruction

At Steele & Freeman we’ve developed our Method of Customer Service that begins at “Concept” or preconstruction.  The preconstruction phase is where we make a fundamental difference to our customers and their projects.  As one of three team members consisting of owner, architect and construction manager, we know our role is to help shape the design with our input on constructability and cost.  We produce ongoing estimates and constructability reviews, in tandem with our clients’ architect’s design work.
